This project was an art working job for Match Hospitality, the official hospitality providers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup held in Qatar. I had to create and prepare for print, passes and their corresponding wristbands for the hospitality areas at every game during the tournament in Qatar.
Throughout the project I had to ensure that every single detail, no matter how small was correct, this involved details such as the correct colours for each area, hospitality area logos, stadium names, dates, times, match day number, and teams playing. Often each match day had several teams playing in different stadiums, and each stadium could have 8+ different hospitality areas, so being organised and having a keen eye for detail was essential in ensuing this project was completed correctly and by the deadlines needed for printing.
Additionally I had to make sure that every document had the correct setup for the printers to use, this meant making sure the bleed settings were correct, the documents were laid out in the correct way for printers to actually print the documents, that the cut line were setup correctly and in the right places, and the file type was correct.
